THE STRUCTURE OF THE UK MARKET REQUIRES RADICAL CHANGE:
I'm designing a conceptual new model for housing. which is REACTIVE, FLEXIBLE and INTERCONNECTED.
A private, inner city housing market model which commits itself to GENERATION Y.
It will be a housing model for institutions to adopt, to build tens of thousands of homes, including entire streets or apartment blocks and it will provide:

Crucially this housing model makes the supply of housing as flexible as possible by
AND The model will mitigate over supply (vacant space) and generate revenue - ensuring an over supply of space where people are location-mobile by utilizing a network of connected homes which people move between.
- by utilizing real time information technology to supply daily rentals of vacant spaces to generate revenue
- and allow remaining unused space to be 'borrowed'
- reducing individual space and requirements and promoting shared spaces
- 'designing-in' collaborative consumption
